Order before midday: We aim to despatch stock items on the same-day for all orders received before midday. (For UK mainland addresses only).
Please Note: For the security of our customers, some orders may require further checking and may therefore not be eligible for same-day dispatch.
Items not eligible for next day delivery: Unfortunately this promise does not include customised orders for our charm bracelet designer; which could take up to 3-5 working days. Wedding rings or rings which need sizing, manufacturing (including hallmarking) can typically take 21 - 28 days, to deliver. UK Delivery Charges: All items are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery to UK mainland addresses. We charge £3.95 for delivery for all orders.
International Orders: Orders for delivery outside mainland UK will be notified of freight costs and delivery times by telephone and are urged to contact us before ordering. Please note that for the safety of our customers, PureJewels may require further verification. Delivery outside of the UK is at the discretion of PureJewels. Frequently Asked Questions
Q) What happens if a product is not in stock?
A) Our policy is to give a reliable and guaranteed service. On the occasion that a product has sold out and a delivery date is uncertain, the customer will not be able to purchase the item but can enquire about the item availability. If an item has sold out between our scheduled hourly stock information update and an order has just been placed, then we will notify the customer and advise them of the next available delivery date.
Q) Are any products excluded from the same-day despatch delivery guarantee?
A) Yes. Products like customized rings that need sizing and products that need engraving or where any other alterations have to be made cannot be delivered on the same day. The customer will be informed by email or telephone about when they can expect delivery. Other products that are excluded are from the "Build Your Own" departments.
Q) Up to what time can I order to meet the same-day despatch guarantee?
A) Goods ordered before midday will be despatched on the same working day. (Sometimes we can despatch the same day on orders received up to 3.00 P.M - Please contact us for more information).
Q) What is a working day?
A) Royal Mail delivers parcels from Monday to Friday and sometimes Saturdays for residential addresses (although this is not guaranteed). Our same-day despatch only applies from Monday - Friday excluding public and bank holidays.
Q) Can I have my order delivered to my work address?
A) Yes. Your PureJewels account will allow you to set up as many addresses as you want. All that we need is for the default address to be set as the billing address, where your credit card statements come to.
Q) Do you ship outside the United Kingdom?
A) We primarily ship orders within mainland United Kingdom. However, we can ship goods abroad based on our discretion. Customers will be notified by corresponding emails once the order has been placed. Please contact us for further details. Customers will be notified of freight costs and delivery times.
