Eurostop and Bhanji Gokaldas
October 03
Eurostop Ltd today announced that Purejewels.com has gone live with its new e-commerce online store, powered by Eurostop’s WinRMIS retail management system. Pure Jewels is the online and ecommerce brand of Bhanji Gokaldas. All product information is held in the Eurostop database and is fully integrated, so that the group can monitor overall sales and stock levels.
EuroStop’s WinRMIS provides a centralised database for stock control, warehousing, purchasing, distribution, and merchandising and has enabled Bhanji Gokaldas to extend its web presence from a private site for account customers only, to a full e-commerce site for the general public. Eurostop’s WinRMIS will hold up to the minute data for all the different areas of the business enabling management to get a clear picture from the easy to use reporting tools that are supplied with the system.
The new online store software supplied by Paraspar utilises the same product codes already in use for the Eurostop system. This has streamlined the integration of the two systems and enabled the site to include advanced functionality like ‘shop by occasion’ and ‘build your own engagement ring’ in a shorter development time.
Jayant Raniga, brand director of Pure Jewels explained, “The implementation of the Eurostop system has been key to our expansion plans. WinRMIS enables us to enter our stock data once and then use it in many different places. It gives us complete control over our data and has allows us expand in a controlled fashion.”
Phillip Moylan, Sales Manager at Eurostop commented, “We are delighted to be involved with the launch of purejewels.com as it represents the next stage in the expansion of Bhanji Gokaldas and highlights the value of having a comprehensive retail management system that is flexible enough to integrate with other systems to provide group-wide management reporting, stock control and replenishment, merchandising and sales analysis.”
