Excellent service and beautiful jewellery! I purchased a birthday present online and was concerned I wasn't able to see the item other than website picture. I contacted the team and the friendly staff were very helpful and sent me images and close ups. Nothing was too much trouble! I made my purchase and the item arrived within 48 hours and the communication and tracking was excellent. Unfortunately due my incorrect choice I decided I needed to exchange the item. Once again the staff and service was excellent making the return and exchange very simple and easy. I really couldn't recommend PureJewels more highly and will definitely be back in the future.
