On receipt, have a close look at the items you’ve ordered.  We trust you will be delighted but, if you aren’t, you’re welcome to return them within 14 working days.

You don’t need to give us any reason, or pay any fees, to do this.

All you need to do is:

We will accept the return, providing:  

  1. The item is not a Bespoke Special Order, which cannot be returned.
  2. You haven’t worn or damaged the goods.
  3. You haven’t removed any security tags from the goods.
  4. You contact PureJewels within 14 working days of delivery to obtain a Returns Authorisation number (RA).

How to return your goods:  

  1. Please return them within 14 days of obtaining the RA number.
  2. Make sure that the goods are in their original condition, then securely wrap in the original packaging, including our delivery slip.
  3. Follow our instructions to return via our delivery partner.
  4. You will receive a full refund including the original delivery charges.  We are unable to refund sales taxes or import duties on orders placed outside the EU.  We will process your refund as quickly as possible, and refund to the original card used for your order.

What if you miss the 14 day deadline?  

You can still return your item, if you obtained an RA number (as above).

Your responsibility for returns  

Return of items is at your own risk, so it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are insured when returned to us.  You are obliged to keep the goods in your possession until you return them to us, and to take all reasonable care of the goods.  If you fail to do this we might have to consider claiming compensation from you.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

At PureJewels, we are committed to providing you with jewellery that you will cherish forever. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we can offer you an exchange or a full refund. The pieces can be returned to us as long as they are not a bespoke, personalised, or made-to-measure order. They must be returned unworn in their original packaging with the tag on.

Here’s what you need to do

Step 1

Inform us within 30 working days of delivery and obtain a Returns Authorisation number. Alternatively, you can use the invoice/order number. You can do so by emailing [email protected] or calling +44 (0) 208 470 1221.

Step 2

Pack your purchase securely in its original packaging and enclose the Returns Authorisation number or invoice/order number.

Step 3

Use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service to return your package to the following address.

290-292 Green Street,
Forest Gate, E7 8LF, UK.

You are solely responsible for the insurance and return postage of your order so we strongly recommend that you use a trackable service such as the Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via Royal Mail.

Step 4

You will receive a full refund including the original U.K. delivery charges. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of returns. The sales tax, import duties, and delivery charges for orders placed outside the UK are non-refundable.

What if you miss the 30-day deadline?

In case you would like an extended returns period, please inform us and we’ll be happy to help.
