Good response
I placed my order and needed it delivered before I left for holiday overseas. I'd had no despatch confirmation so contacted Pure Jewels to follow up. It seems my order hadn't been processed in good time but the team there leapt into action, got it prepared, despatched and delivered before I travelled. Excellent Service
I have been buying gold bars from Pure Jewels for around a year now and have always experienced a high level of customer service. I receive regular updates from the minute I order. If the order is out of stock I get informed and have the choice to cancel or wait. Very understanding staff as I have a physical disability and sometimes struggle to communicate on the phone they are very patient and polite with me and this is the main reason I order from Pure Jewels.
