What’s the aftercare service for engagement rings?
We offer lifetime ultrasonic cleaning for all our diamond engagement rings and can provide periodic checks and maintenance to keep your ring as beautiful as the day it was proposed.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, for engagement rings over £1,000, we offer interest-free instalment plans over 3–6 months, with a 20% initial deposit. Please note: the item is released after final payment.
Can I return or exchange an engagement ring?
We accept returns within 30 days for unworn, standard items. Custom-made or engraved rings are non-returnable unless faulty. Please speak with our team for individual advice.
